Our Founder CA Harinder Kumar Chhabra
Harinder is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1990. He has worked with professionally managed corporates as well as start ups in capacity of a consultant. He has an experience of more than 30 years in handling matters related to taxation & corporate affairs i.e. ROC matters. He has helped many organizations to set up business in India and operate it smoothly.
Harinder has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian taxation and corporate laws & regulations. Harinder & his team have assisted many overseas and domestic companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, paying taxes and necessary filings
